– Contact person for queries regarding offers, orders and other topics
– Support of the purchasing manager
– Carrying out market analyses and preparing reports

– Preparation / follow-up of trade fairs
– Cooperation with internal departments

– You have experience in the commercial sector, preferably outside the industry.

– Documented incoming goods inspection and sampling
– Label creation and inspection in compliance with food law requirements
– Preparation and dispatch of product samples
– Planning, commissioning and evaluation of external laboratory tests
– Creation and maintenance of QM documents and specifications
– Checking and maintenance of supplier documentation
– Processing of customer inquiries and complaints
– Implementation of certification standards (organic, NOP, RSPO, Naturland, Fairtrade, Kosher)
– Communication with international producers, suppliers, customers, testing institutes and external parties on quality-related topics
– Cooperation with internal departments
A background that convinces:
– You have a degree in ecotrophology, food management, food technology or comparable training in the food sector
– You ideally have first professional experience in quality management/assurance
– You have an affinity for organic foods
– You are characterized by a structured and careful way of working
– Initiative, reliability, communication and team skills are among your strengths
– You have a good command of written and spoken English
– You have a class B driver’s license
